1. About us

The ma.taifalemarat.com website is operated by OUBIHI COSMETICS, whose head office is located at TETRIS M2, Lot Manazyl Al Maimoune, Lot n°19, Rue Bachir Al Alj, Immeuble Tetris Center, Boulevard Abdelmoumen, 20340 Casablanca, Morocco. The company is registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 551243. OUBIHI COSMETICS operates this site as part of its exclusive distribution of “Taif Al Emarat” brand cosmetics, for which it holds the Master Franchise for the Moroccan territory.

2. Products and prices

All our prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include the applicable VAT. Delivery costs are indicated at the time of order confirmation. OUBIHI COSMETICS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced according to the prices displayed at the time of the order.

3. Ordering

Placing an order on the ma.taifalemarat.com website involves a number of simple steps:

1. Fill in the form: Customers must first enter their contact details (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.).
2. Product selection: The customer can then browse the site, select the desired items and add them to the shopping cart.
3. Confirmation of order: Once the products have been selected, the customer accesses the shopping basket to check the items, then clicks on “Checkout”.
4. Choice of payment method: The customer selects the desired options and proceeds to secure payment.
5. Confirmation: Once payment has been confirmed, a summary confirmation e-mail is sent automatically, with details of the order and a tracking number.

OUBIHI COSMETICS, as master franchisee of the Taif Al Emarat brand in Morocco, reserves the right to refuse or cancel any suspicious or incomplete order, or in the event of supply difficulties, without having to justify the reason.

4. Payment and security

Payment by credit card is handled via the secure system of our partner Attijariwafa Bank, through the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI) platform. All transactions are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to guarantee data confidentiality and security.
Banking information never passes through our servers, nor is it accessible by the company or its staff.
As an official franchisee of Taif Al Emarat, OUBIHI COSMETICS is solely responsible for managing payments in Morocco. In the event of a suspicious order, we may request certain supporting documents (copy of ID, bank card used and proof of address) to be sent to: infos@taifalemarat.ma.
Proof of transactions recorded by the CMI is proof of the commercial transactions carried out between the customer and OUBIHI COSMETICS.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering, within the estimated delivery times displayed at the time of purchase, subject to availability and according to the order in which orders are received.
If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, or if the parcel is not collected within the time limit, a new delivery may be scheduled. In this case, additional charges may be invoiced to cover the costs of this second attempt, if the failure of the first delivery is attributable to the customer.

6. Return of Non-Conforming Goods

In the event of non-conformity of the products delivered (product error, quality defect, or discrepancy with the delivery slip), the customer must report the problem to OUBIHI COSMETICS within a maximum of twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.
The complaint can be made by e-mail to: infos@taifalemarat.ma or by telephone to: 0522 95 86 02.
- If the error is proven and attributable to the company, OUBIHI COSMETICS will cover all return shipping costs.
- Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by any accessories.
Customers domiciled in Casablanca must visit the store within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery to make the exchange.
Customers residing outside Casablanca have seven (7) days to return the product in question, in coordination with our customer service department.
Any returns not complying with the above conditions may be refused.

7. Personal data
